Artist's Comments

Carlo Giuliani was killed on July 20, 2001 in Genoa, Italy. He was an activist, shot in the head by an Italian police officer while taking part in a protest on the streets. He was not a violent hoodlum threatening the lives of anyone, he was a human.

Please fight to prevent this happening again. Carlo was not the first or the last to be killed by one of our so-called protectors.

Apparently not. Just like the most of the US can't see the people they're flying a flag for are killing their fellow humans.

Hahaha, sorry but it's the grim truth. Unless we pull of some type of miracle and get people to see it... Enless we get people to revolt, nothing's going to change. We'll just keep moving forward...

In that picture, it says that Carlo was being "stepped on" by the cops, but I dunno. It looks more like he's kicking him.
